Reporting of adverse effects

If you suspect that you have experienced a side effect related to the use of a medicine distributed by Medical Intertrade, please report it by filling out the form below.

You can also report side effects directly through the national system for reporting side effects: Agency for Medicines and Medical Products (HALMED), website: www.halmed.hr, or search for the HALMED app via Google Play or Apple App Store.

We may contact you to collect more information about the side effect. If you have entered the contact information of your chosen family medicine doctor, it is possible that we will also contact him. For applications related to other types of products distributed by Medical Intertrade d.o.o. (e.g. medical product, dietary supplement, cosmetics) please also use the same form as for medicines.
